Dunoon Community Centre

Overview

The design of the new community centre for Dunoon includes a glulam structure creating a “gateway” through the recessed glazed gable to ther buildings interior.

The recess at the entrance creates shelter and a meeting space for when the buildng is closed.

Internally, the large glazed frontage allows views out across the sea as well as flooding the interior with light.

Designed as a meeting space, with cafe and hall, this project is going through a fund-raising period by the clients.
