Overview

The project for a 3-bed detached house had a key focus on framing the beautiful views of the surrounding area, while also working with the sloping nature of the site.

With a traditional design it sits nestled in the hillside and takes advantage of the sloping landscape with dormers allowing for sheltered balconies on the first floor bedrooms. The house has a strong sustainable approach, with a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system, solar panels and rain water harvesting.
